The Art House aims to promote local artists and makers by giving opportunities to show and sell their work.

We are always on the lookout for handmade items such as jewellery, textiles and unique items. Makers can submit their work on a sale-or-return basis for an agreed commission in The Art House (please note that we don't sell leather or silk unless recycled).

Visual artists can put forward their work for selection for our regular exhibitions, on a sale-or-return basis for a 25% commission.

Our aim is to involve members of the community in creative activity, so we also welcome proposals for workshops or classes in our Studio Space. We are always keen to hear from musicians, poets, DJs, film makers and other performers to get involved in our events.
